Taco Roc is a family business. The Muro family moved to Chattanooga from southern California to pursue the dream of opening up their own restaurant. They opened their first location in February, 2007 and business boomed from the beginning. They were soon able to move into their current location on 6960 Lee Highway, intersection with Shallowford Rd.
